The Year Of Transformation
Lauren Fonvielle, Writer & Marketer
Back To The Beginning
When I first started this website I had this thought that that I needed to keep all my content strictly focused on marketing and writing – afterall that’s how I’m helping people grow their business . But recently my feelings have changed. My life is a whirlwind of juggling it all, and sharing more of my story and my passions simply feels right. Work, kids, hubby, me time, – it all plays into who I am and why I love what I do.
I recently shared on social media that my husbandis getting ready to deploy with the US NAVY for a year. As I type that, I’m still in a state of disbelief that this is actually happening. It’s going to be a hard year to say the least. But I am strong, my kids are strong, and we will persevere. And as cliche as it may sound – what doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger.
I’ve decided to dub this year the year of transformation. I’m taking this time to focus on me and my interests. It will be a year of exploration, trying new things, and meeting new people.
I recently completed a reiki 1 class, and look forward to practicing more and sgning up for level 2. And to go hand in hand with that, I’m excited to share that I will be starting my 200 hr yoga teacher training in September.
I have a feeling that these classes, the new friendships I’ll make and the experience as a whole will not only shape me personally, but also professionally, having a direct imact on the direction of my business.
A lot of my clients have organically been health, fitness, and energy focused solopreneurs. I love working with these people, and revel in the enthusiasm and passion they have for their work.
I look forward to sharing my journey – the real, raw truth of solo momming, working, and learning more about myself in the process.
